Day 10 | 30 Day Fitness Challenge

Day 10... I'm tired AF.

 

Like I'm exhausted. As I type this while walking the streets of NY. Yup, I'm that person - coffee in one hand & blogging via my phone while avoiding bumping into people and stepping in dog shit. All at the same time like the Boss that I am! multi tasking at its finest, and I haven't had a Carrie Bradshaw moment yet. 

 

 

My eating was ok, I didn't get to get my acai bowl,  I settled for an English muffin with peanut butter instead which held me over till lunch. I forgot my tangerine for my snack, which didn't set me up for success… but I didn't succumb to the temptation of having a Kit Kat or any chocolate. You know what saved me? Meetings,  yup back to back meetings with no break, that's what saved me. I had no time to make any pit stops and before you know it by 3pm I was on the brink of total exhaustion so much so that my need for coffee outweighed my want for chocolate. Grabbed my coffee, got the jolt I needed and carried on.

 

Onto Day 11... They say it takes 21 days to form a habit right...
