Determined to set the right tone for the day, I hit my breakfast spot for my favorite acai bowl!!!!
It's so yummy, but a lil expensive. (I'm gonna need to learn how to make it myself.)
Overall, eating today was easy. The acai bowl is filling and I had soup for lunch, drank my water and had no cravings for anything.
As normal, I got in my 18 block walk to the train and wasted no time to get to the gym. Today was pure upper body. I enjoy strength training but it's brutal when you haven't been consistent with it. But hey, I know I'm better for it.
