May Fitness Challenge - Weekend One Rap

Day 4 - TGIF!!! I had the day off so I slept in. It was glorious!!! One problem, I hadn't planned my food.  No plan left me exposed to all of the bad shit in my house. Don't get me wrong, I had good things to eat. I tend to keep good options but the problem was I ate those good things along with a couple of bad things. Yup I had some chips. Eh I didn't best myself up too much about it... shit tomorrow is another Day!

 

Day 5 - Saturday - dammit I want pancakes!!! I legit want a pancake, just one really. But I opted for avocado toast instead.  It was delish. I spent the day conducting interviews for my podcast. It kept me occupied and on point in terms of me walking the straight line for clean eating.

 

Day 6 - Sunday is for bunching - no brunchin' here. I hit the gym for a nice 4 mile treadmill run. Came home,  had a homemade pb & banana smoothie which was super yummy!!! For dinner, I enjoyed half a crabcake with string beans. It's day 6 and I'm down 1.2 lbs. Yay!

 

We've got a total of 11 members that have joined this 30 Day Fitness Challenge!!! Some of you don't know each other however the engagement is consistent and so supportive. I'm inspired and excited and I'm ready to kick it up a notch this week!!!
